Zane made sure he was a part of Leila's first bath. Contrary to her face, she actually loves taking baths. Zane likes to help out by getting a cup and pouring water over her. Good thing her head is out of his reach. He really is the best helper when it comes to his sister. He just loves her so much.

When Steph was here helping us out, Zane got to go on several walks... even in triple digit heat. She's a trooper. On one of their walks, they collected pinecones and came home and made turkeys. Gobble Gobble.

When Leila is awake (which still isn't a lot) Zane's favorite place is anywhere near her. He likes to talk to her, and give her loves and kisses, and sing to her. He played next to her on this mat for a lot longer than he ever cared to play on it when he was a baby.

Her little outfit was one of Zane's. He is surprisingly good at sharing for a two-year-old, especially when it comes to his sister. He likes knowing when clothes and toys were his and that now Baby Sister gets to wear and use them. I hope that he always stays as loving and protective over Leila.
