Stockton's Children

Stockton's children are pretty lucky to have such a great children's museum! We could easily have spent days exploring the museum.  We spent time:

Driving a police car and motorcycle

Practicing bus driving skills

Cooking a delicious meal in the kitchen

Trying to outrun the police

Practicing such farming skills as tractor-driving and horse-riding

Balancing on wooden stumps

Dam building while trying to avoid being eaten by a GIANT fish.

Being a good vet by shoving all of the sick animals into the same cage

And trying out the stethoscope

Learning life skills like picking out the ripest tomatoes

And every banana in the store (yes, that's his basket that my dad is holding)

Leaning about how the Caterpillar tractor originated in Stockton- vital life-information

And finally, making shapes in play-dough in the art studio.

Zane could have spent a whole day at each little area. We can't wait to go back again on our next visit!
