Hobby Horse

While trying to find fun ideas for a farm theme on Pinterest, I saw a cute stick horse. And I had to make one. So I gathered the supplies and I made one. We are learning about farms this coming week, and horses live on farms, right? See, this was for educational purposes and not just for my own whims. 

I would like to remind you that it is Sunday, so Clay is in basketball shorts and I am in pajama pants. We love our comfies. When Zane woke up from his nap this afternoon, I had his horse all ready for him. He was a little scared of it at first.

But once he saw Mom and Dad each take it for a ride, he was a willing cowboy.

Zane loves riding with either me or Clay. This picture isn't blurry... it just captured the motion of the galloping.

We are ready for our farm week, and ready for Monticello in November. Yee Haw.
