Pumpkin Picking

Continuing on with the never ending Halloween festivities, we headed out for an evening at the pumpkin patch. The last time we were at this particular pumpkin patch, I'm pretty sure that Zane was a year and a half old. I'm so glad we went back! It was so much fun. 

We had fun at the petting zoo area, looking at bunnies and chickens. 

Zane raced a rubber duck with an old fashioned water pump. Very intently.

What a bunch of fruits! And corn. I don't think corn is a fruit. Neither is the driver of the truck. Look at those two fruits, a vegetable, and a truck driver!

Zane and Leila went on a train ride. It took them all over the farm and they grinned from ear to ear the whole time.

While Zane and Leila were on their train-riding adventure, we took Sophie to see some 2-week-old piglets. Soooo cute! And I wanted one. Until I saw their mama. I don't want a pig. I'm happy with my tiny little hypoallergenic puppy. Sophie sure enjoyed seeing the piglets though. This little girl most definitely is an animal lover.

Zane and Leila and I hopped up on the giant pillow jumping thing.

Leila had the time of her life. This picture kills me. She was screaming with excitement. My kids have the most expressive faces.

The girls hung out while Zane and Clay rode tricycles on a hay track. None of those pictures turned out, unfortunately. Leila was clearly not impressed with the boys efforts.

After the tricycle races, we spent way too much fun in the corn box.

We spent way too much of that time making sure Sophie didn't eat the corn in the corn box.

We also spent a lot of time dumping corn on each other's heads in the corn box.

Covered in corn. There was no way these kids were getting out of baths that night.

And throwing corn at each other while making corn angels in the corn box.

It's going to get easier to get good pictures of all three kids right? RIGHT?

One at a time is so much easier. Unless only one will sit for the picture.
