Family Swim Lessons

We signed up for swim lessons as a family this year! Zane is in his own class (still the same class he was in the whole summer last year) and doing awesome! He can swim a good 10 feet with his head underwater. He has shown huge growth and has gained so much confidence in his swimming this year. We are so proud of him! 

Clay and I are in the starbabies class with Leila and Sophie. Leila is a little daredevil and wants to be swimming on her own already. It doesn't matter how deep the water is. She wants to swim. She is doing so well with her kicks and scoops and blowing bubbles. She can even swim a couple of feet all on her own to the wall. She's such a cute little fishy. 

Sophie loves being in the water and is happy to play along with all the games and songs during class. She loves to splash and blow bubbles. She's working on a killer back float too! She's one of the only kids in the class that doesn't bawl during back float time. 

I love that we get to do swim lessons as a family! It's so nice that we all get to go in the pool together instead of just watching from the side.
