Last week we went to the zoo with some friends. Long story short, Zane accidentally grabbed a cactus, it stuck to his hand, I grabbed it to get it off of his hand, it stuck to my hand, I shook it off, we pulled out as many of the toothpick- and hair-sized spines out of our fingers and palms before heading to the ranger station to smear white glue on our hands to peel off.
Long story even shorter: Don't Grab A Cactus.
OUCH! We feel so bad for Zane. Probably a bit late but give him a kiss for us--to help make it better.
