Playgroup Cake

Zane and I went to our first playgroup yesterday. I made a practice smash cake to bring to the group. I thought it would be fun to give Zane a little taste of the cake that would hopefully leave him wanting more when we have his party on Saturday. I used Bakerella's white cake recipe and I thought it was rather delicious. Zane did too. He was not willing to waste any of the cake. He certainly didn't make as big of a mess as I was expecting. He tried to get as much cake in his mouth as possible!
