We had our own little family Christmas before heading up to St. George to be with Clay's side of the family. We opened presents from Mama and Papa, and shared our presents to eachother. The highlight of opening presents was watching Zane enjoy his first present of the season.
He was excited about his present. He didn't really know what to do with it, though.
We started ripping the paper for him to see if he would catch on, but he didn't really care for it.
Once it was unwrapped, though, he was in HEAVEN!
He got an instrument set. It came all stored nicely in a drum with a tambourine lid. He loved the maracas.
He couldn't figure out the whistle at first, but by the time we got back from St. George (we took the whole thing with us and all the babies played with it) he was a whistling pro!
Have I mentioned before how much this boy loves to bang on things? This really was the perfect present! He was so happy!
