Celebrate!

Easter Celebration- 3 Ways

Ward BBQ and Party

Midwestern Easter Egg Hunt & Party

Sunday Post-Church and Nap Egg Hunt

We did a pretty good job of not getting too much candy this year, despite so much celebration. The Midwestern activity is put on by the dental school, so they fill their eggs with trinkets rather than candy. The ward put candy in their eggs, but since the kids get eggs for completing a carnival-type game, it doesn't become egg-overload. And we put stickers and coins in our Easter eggs. Zane loved putting quarters in his piggy as he opened his eggs. Oh, and while we were doing our own hunt a sweet older lady was watching us out her window. She came outside and put two happy meal toys on the ground for Zane to find. So sweet!
