Oh, Give Me Land, Lots of Land

Let Me Ride Through The Wide
Open Spaces That I Love
Don't Fence Me In

I am amazed sometimes at the fact that this is where Clay spent the majority of his childhood.  It is so beautiful, and so far removed from where I grew up!

Clay's aunt Patty, who lives in Washington asked me to take some pictures down on the Pehrson land and in downtown Monticello while we were there.

These are some of my favorites:

I couldn't resist throwing in this one. While Steph, Zane, and I were taking pictures, Clay and Tony took their shotguns and killed things. Fun.

  3. I love these pictures. You are getting so good at photography Heather! The old red rusty truck looks just like the cartoon Mator from cars? Also the orange tractor above is a great shot too. I could see those going in frames in a boys room or something. Excellent!

  5. I love these photo tours. THis one was really fun. I love old things and the mixture of nature and the old buildings, cars and I think that was a plow were great. The mountains in the background are gorgeous. Thanks so much for sharing and linking.
